We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer with strong competencies in UX/UI Development to support the design and implementation of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The service scope includes the creation of high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, as well as front-end UI implementation. Therefore, solid technical expertise in CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end methodologies is required. A strong foundation in digital accessibility and practical experience in applying accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in web environments is essential.

The primary focus of this service is UX/UI design; however, the role also requires hands-on development capabilities to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation. The service will be dedicated to applications developed in Mendix, and as such, prior experience with Mendix design principles, UI framework, and application structure is highly important. Mockups and prototypes, however, will be created in a platform-agnostic manner.

We are looking for a service with proven experience in the field, capable of working independently, and ready to integrate into ongoing delivery streams immediately.

Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Implement UI components and front-end layouts using CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and best-practice development standards.
Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines and apply accessibility requirements throughout the design and implementation phases.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly within Mendix-based development environments.
Align UX/UI design deliverables with Mendix application architecture and styling frameworks.
Provide transparent reporting, progress updates, and risk escalation to all relevant stakeholders.
Work effectively with global teams and multicultural stakeholders across different regions.
